All get too excited for the fabulous tasty French Fries. However have you ever noticed how many fats does it contain? Though they taste yummy they aren’t healthy and are loaded with fats and salts. The salt in the French Fries can damage your heart in few minutes.

The research speaks that salt heavy foods negatively impact on your heart. It impacts the ability of your blood vessels to expand. This can be a long term damage to you blood vessels linking to your heart.
