Eye Care: An Important Aspect of Health

Eye care is one of the most important aspects in your health care menu. Eyes are one of the delicate organs which help you to give vision. Just imagine how would you manage if you fail to have vision? Therefore here are some usual tips where you can care your eyes.

1.
In the morning wash your eyes with warm water. Do not use a hot water to wash your eyes.
2. 
Staring continuously at a one object can be harmful so you should avoid. Always blink your eyes in between and give rest to your eyes.
3.
Avoid reading and writing in improper light.
4.
If you feel heaviness or tiredness then take a break do not give stress on eyes.
5.
Staying and working late nights and sleeping in late morning are harmful to eyes.
6.
Protect your eyes from dust, smoke, sunlight, winds etc.. Do not stay at such places for a long period of time.
7.
Expressions such as anxiety, mental stress, anger are harmful to eyes.
8.
Give your eyes a regular exercise such simply moving eyes from left to right and vice versa.
9.
Relax eyes buying rubbing both palm and gently placing them on eyes.
10.
Eating habits such as carrots, cabbage  raw are beneficial for maintaining good eye sight.
